Payments & Balances

Tuition is due by the 10th of the month
Late fee is $10 for tuition payments made after the 10th of the month in question
Returned Check fee is $25
Payments can be made in the Parent Portal or at the Studio
Auto-Pay option will be available in the Parent Portal
Costumes are not ordered unless paid in full and your account is up to date

Snow Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of Winter, the studio may close due to snow or other inclement weather. We aim to update students and parents as soon as possible.

A good indicator that the studio is closed is if the Sanford school district is closed. Updates will be posted on Social Media & e-mailed.
Make up classes will be scheduled and announced at a later date (typically on weekends).
If for any reason, the Sanford school district is closed and the weather clears up, please call or refer to communication posted if the studio is open.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds or credits will not be given when the student misses class due to illness, personal vacation, inclement weather, or other personal commitments.

COVID Protocol

Students who are experiencing covid related symptoms should stay home from class. The Lobby will be closed to parents except to make a payment/purchase gear etc.

All students are required to wear facemasks in the studio as well as sanitize their hands before and after class.

Social distancing is upheld and students need to distance when taking a water break.

We follow the Sanford school district guidelines for COVID exposure. See below:

Students must quarantine for 5 days and show no symptoms to return. We also ask if your student is displaying symptoms, out of an abundance of caution for students and staff in the studio, please keep your dancer home. If your student is absent, please just let the teacher know because we are going to be keeping attendance for tracking purposes. It is easier to track if we know students will not be in class.
